Hi everyone. I am Petra and I’ve just finished the course B1/1 and I really love studying english. As I’ve introduced myself in the course before I wouldn’t like to be repetitive, but I am thinking now maybe there are some stuff I haven’t told you yet. For example I am really big animal lover. Currently I have only two cats but in adition to that I had a dog, two fish and a hamster some years ago. I am looking forward to continue!
Hallo, my name is Magda Skvělá and just now I am looking forward to meet all on Thuesday. I have registered for English conversation! I’m delighted to hear that.I know, I am not original.

I live there in old family house with my husband Zdeněk and two children. Now, I am on matternity leave. My son´s name is Zdeneček, he is 4,5 years old. My daughter´s name is Gábinka, she is 19 months old. I like sports very much. During the summer I like to ride a bike, go in – line skating, go for a run, go for a swim and so on. In winter I like cross – country skiing, downhill skiing. I also like to meet my friends, but now I don´t have much time for it without children. We have bought the caravan and we look forward to travelling with it. Because of that I wanted to start learning English:)
That was a nice way to put it.

Hello, I am back😉
Hello Brigita! It’s great to have you with us again.
My name is Lenka Tondlová and I’m 45 years old. I come from the Czech Republic. I live in Zlatá Koruna – it’s a small village near Český Krumlov. I have a family, my husband’s name is Aleš. He works as a pilot, but he had to quit his job do to world pandemic. He works as train driver now. We have two children, boy and girl. Adam is 14 years old and Klára is 12 years old. They are teenagers. My family lives in the medieval monastery, where I work too. I work as director of a monastery. I have my office next to our flat. My work is very interesting, but difficult. I have to take care of all the activities connected with the monastery. I started to work here as guide in 2004, then I was on maternity leave and in 2011 I come back to monastery as director. I like to talk, so I like to work as a guide, but in my current profession it’s difficult. I don’t have a lot of free time in the summer, because I have a lot of work with visitors and culture program in the monastery. In the winter I have more free time and I can spend it with my family or I can do my favourite hobbies. I love books. I read a lot. I like all literary genre. Our family like skiing in the winter and cycling in the summer. I started to learn English two years ago and I like it.
Hello Lenka!
My name is Stáňa Bártová. I live in the small city Velešín. It is between Český Krumlov and České Budějovice. I live in a flat with my husband Standa, but during summer we stay at the cottage in a small village Žaltice. I love summer and our cottage, because I’m interested in gardening. I grow vegetables (carrots, parsley, onion, garlic, lettuce, peas and so on). We have fruit trees (cherries, plums, apples) and bushes (red and black currents, raspberries, strawberries, gooseberry).
I also love play tennis and we can play every day (when the weather is nice), because we have grass tennis court in the garden. We often ride a bike in the surrounding.
I’d like to learn english language, becuase my daughter is married to London. Her husband and two her daughter speak english and I’d like to talk with them.
I would like to meet you in another challenge similar to the last one😊.
Have a nice days, Stáňa🙋♀️.
