Healthy lifestyle means for me especially healthy meal and good drinking habits; to do regularly some physical activites as walking/hiking, workout or yoga are; to have enough sleep (at least 7 hrs); to have as little stress as possible and at last but not least to have a good relationships with family members, friends and with colleagues at work. I must admit, that it is sometimes very hard to keep all of this items, but I try to keep somehow balance between those items as much as I can. Then I feel I am satisfied. 🙂
You are right, Petra, it is not always possible to do everything, 100% and we should not get stressed about it.

A healthy style mean for me a lifestyle, which I would like to have. I would like to cook healthy food, which is full of vegetables and healthy ingredience. I would like to do sport every day – walking, running, swimming, dancing and so on. I try to cook healthier meals, but my children prefer meals like UHO, options of sauces…I like chocolate and sweets very much but I must keep myself. I do exercise, but no so much..I go for a walk every day, I usually go by bicycle to the kindergarden for my son.

Well, to begin, narration with the word well is not good and stylistically correct.
It is the same as with the health style. To wake up at 5 am to take a brisk walk, then one-hour yoga lesson, meditation and then have a naturally sourced, real vitamin, whale-friendly breakfast at sunrise. I would be so tired that I would have to go to bed. According to planned pension reform, is maybe better to yes, of course, be healthy, but not so much.:)) I love yoga. But with beer after the lesson. I have not seen sunrise very long time; maybe I am older to dance till the morning. 🙂 I know about health style I think quite a lot, but it doesn’t mean that I practice it every day. But sometimes, yes. I try to be kind to myself and approach life with joy and humility. And then we will see.
Heathy lifestyle for me means mostly doing a little bit of exercise every day, doesn’t matter what kind.
I joined gym a few months ago and I love it, when I am not spending time at the gym I usually swim or go for a walk on the beach.
Personally I hate to use the word DIET. I eat mostly healthy, but I have days when I want to have something unhealthy. Usually unhealthy food gives you few moments of enjoyment and doesn’t give you energy and you will be probably hungry again soon.
I can also see positive effect on my body and my energy, when I eat healthy.
I consider healthy lifestyle essential necessity for everyone, who cares about themselves and who wants to live a quality life. I try my best to have my body and soul in harmony, peace and well-being.
Unfortunatly, our lifestyle is very stressful and hectic, so many people only discuss about this topic instead of following few basic recommendations for their health.

I think for a healthy lifestyle it is very important to have good healthy food, sports, exercise, enough sleeping and managing a stressful job. There are the basic rules.
Healthy lifestyle according to me is lifestyle without long term stress, healthy nutrition, healthy relationships and adequate physical exercise. I try to motivate my clients to live healthy lifestyle in my yoga therapy workshops and yoga lessons.
I like healthy lifestyle. I workout regularly, I cook almost health meals, but I like sweets and candys also. So my discipline about workout activities is the more better the more I eat a lot of sweets.
That’s great! I wish my motivation to work out increased when I ate more sweets.
Healthy lifestyle means mostly a right diet and enough exercise. I prefer walking, hiking and cycling. My favorite meals are unhealthy so I have to think about my food and limit myself.
