Change is not always easy, but are always small things we can do right now to started in a new direction. In order to be positive, we must live positive. Here are 10 things we can do immediately to create more positivity in our lives.
Adopt an attitude of gratitude
Write 5 things you are grateful vděčný for every day. Your focus will shift and you will see more things to be grateful for. Gratitude recharges you energy and boosts your self-worth sebeúcta . It’s directly linked to physical and mental well-being. The “attitude of gratitude” leads you directly to happiness and is the best antidote to anger, envy, and resentment zášť, odpor ! Why not make a playlist on your iPod, phone, or PC and listen to them right now? Do it NOW! Come on! How did you feel after listening to your favorite song? changes in your mood? Surround yourself with positive people

better take this seriously! Choose
more time with people who bring
the best in you, who motivate you, who believe in you. Be around those who empower you. Remember that emotions and attitudes are contagious.

Next month? When you win the lottery? When you have another job? When the next project is finished? There are so many other things you have to do right now. You just don’t have time right now! A lot of people never discover the meaning of life until it’s too late and they are just about to die. Bronnie Ware, an Australian nurse who accompanied the dying wrote down their top five regrets:
- I wish I the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
